Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or accessing the Pre-Trichology Foundations Certificate program ("the Program") offered by Trichology.com ("we", "us"), you ("you", "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Educational Nature of the Program

The Program is a private educational course. It is not a medical license, board certification, state license, or government credential, and it does not authorize you to diagnose, treat, prescribe, perform medical procedures, or interpret pathology, biopsies, or laboratory work. You agree to operate within the scope of any existing professional license you hold and to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Enrollment and Access

Enrollment grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials for the duration stated at purchase. You may not share login credentials, redistribute course materials, or use the content to operate a competing program.

4. Payment

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are due at enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect already-enrolled students.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials — videos, written content, templates, quizzes, badges, and the certificate design — are owned by Trichology.com and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written consent.

7. Conduct

You agree not to use the Program to provide medical advice to others, misrepresent your credentials, or hold yourself out as a licensed healthcare provider. Violations may result in immediate revocation of access and the Certificate without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your particular goals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trichology.com's total liability arising out of or related to the Program shall not exceed the amount you paid for enrollment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to enrolled students by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
