If Pre-Trichology Foundations isn't the right fit for you, email us within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund — no essay required.
How to request a refund
Email our team from the address you enrolled with. Include your name and order date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window we do not offer refunds. The certificate, badge, and downloadable templates are considered delivered once issued.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first — almost every dispute is solved faster by email than by chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in access being revoked and the account closed.
Tier upgrades and downgrades
You may upgrade your tier at any time and pay only the difference. Downgrades during the 14-day window are processed as a partial refund.
